Since 2022, Mekatronik has partnered closely with Vivix on their digital transformation journey, identifying improvement opportunities, designing tailored solutions, and implementing strategies. Together, we've developed over 17 applications using the Mendix Low-Code platform, established robust data infrastructure, and implemented advanced analytics tools. Our collaborative efforts have not only optimized operational efficiency but also empowered Vivix to make informed, data-driven decisions, fostering sustainable growth.
Mekatronik successfully automated 100% of Bombril's liquid factories across three industrial units in Brazil: Pernambuco, São Paulo, and Minas Gerais. Our solutions have standardized operations, ensuring a robust and reliable system. With flexible product formulation, recipe management, batch traceability, and comprehensive diagnostic systems, our meticulous and responsible system design empowers operations to achieve high performance, proactively prevent issues, and maintain seamless factory operations.
Mekatronik has successfully automated 100% of AkzoNobel's resin, ink, and putty plants in Recife. Our solutions encompass product formulation, production, as well as the design and manufacturing of a filling line, along with safety projects and adaptations for all filling lines and other manufacturing areas. The factory benefits from real-time decision support tools dating back more than a decade, underscoring AkzoNobel's pioneering approach and steadfast commitment to innovation.
Mekatronik has been instrumental in nearly 100% of the shop-floor automation projects, along with system and data integration initiatives at Indorama Polimeros in Pernambuco, Brazil, over the past decade. Our contributions span PLC and SCADA-based systems, as well as the implementation of data infrastructure using OSI PI, Processbook, and Visio. Collaborating closely with our industrial engineering colleagues, we identify opportunities, design solutions, and determine the best architecture and technology alternatives to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
Natto embarked on its industrial digital transformation journey in mid-2023, achieving significant milestones in a short period with the help of Mekatronik's solutions. Within less than a month, the factory transitioned from having no data to implementing control charts. Subsequently, we introduced a smart statistical process control system, incorporating more detailed control charts, automated deviation detection, and notifications via email and WhatsApp. Currently, we are providing training to Natto's IT team to develop applications and deploy them on Mendix On Edge. Additionally, we are engaged in discussions regarding projects focused on data governance, applied AI, and generative AI to support manufacturing and business decision-making processes.
We partner with M Dias Branco in the design and implementation of its connectivity and interoperability infrastructure, which underpins the data infrastructure, real-time dashboards, analytics, and other crucial resources for decision-making. Our scope encompasses network design, infrastructure implementation, configuration, and commissioning, as well as establishing connections between data sources and endpoints. It's our responsibility to assist the factory in defining the best architectural and technological arrangements and ensure their execution.
